Question ... What is the best way to record mileage costs? Up to now I have been creating a new receipt in NeatWorks then I name it mileage and put the total in and then in the comments I put the formula (ie 50miles @ .48ea). It would be nice if there was a specific mileage type receipt template where only the information relevant to milage is. Then I just have to put some detail/project/client etc and type in the miles and the total amount would pop up ... Any suggestion on how others are doing this would be greatly appreciated
