just upgraded to mac version 2.1.2 update and it is driving me crazy: Cannot do reports because the browser button and menu item is not working for receipts from my file. If I click on the browser button or use the menu in the receipt collection nothing happens. If I switch to the documents section it works, but when I click on the receipts section it the browser window is empty. Cannot do the finds I need to do my March expense report.
So far I have
Backed up the file, uninstalled the update then installed again by adding back in the software key
Reloaded Receipts by converting to pdf's and reloading
Made the pdfs smaller in Acrobat and reloaded again
moved the reciepts one by one from the inbox to the receipts folder, which worked when I moved them but stop working the minute I closed then reopened the file.
Please help, I need to be reimbursed for my expenses before my credit card starts charging me interest.
