I have a similar issue too. I am already using the Neat Scanner for a year now and have it installed in my WIndows XP computer. I got a new computer with a Windows Vista on it and wanted to move my Neat scanning there. I have been trying to install all morning today but unsuccessful. At first it asked for me to install my original CD. I did but it was failing I was getting the message:
Could not find file c:\Program Files\NeatReceipts Professional\exec\ScannerSetupWizard.exe; not starting Scanner Setup Wizard
What should I do?
