I really like this product and when I get my business ready to franchise I want to require all my franchisees to use it, but there are a few issues that must be fixed before I do that.
One of the main issues I have is the Quickbooks Export feature. It is very time consuming to always match the categories from NeatReceipts with the ones from Quickbooks. There should be an option to default a specific receipt folder with a specific Quickbooks file! That way we wouldn't have to re-match the categories with the accounts every time we export to Quickbooks. This feature would also minimize mistakes.
Also, two things to keep in mind:
1) Different folders may have different expense categories just like different Quickbook files will have different expense accounts. Keep in mind that any export that happens must be relative to the folder and the file in question. It's crucial that the folder and the file match.
2) Sometimes a new kind of expense will appear. We should be able to easily update the export feature so that the new category will match the new account, without having to redo every single one.
