I just scanned a year's worth of docs into my MacBook Pro, then copied the collections onto my iMac G5 desktop. Since then I've had the same problem with hangs when "gen. pdf" and I've experienced all the problems above.
Also, I found that in one collection all the dates were one day off - and I'd entered most manually on the laptop because the scanner wouldn't read the dates accurately.!
So I uninstalled and reinstalled both NR 1.1.4 & NW 2.0.4 (including the upgrades), restarted - but nothing fixes this. Smail or large receipts just hang.
This product works spottily and I love the concept - but haven't had the experience of ease yet! I'm SO DISAPPOINTED!! (It's STILL "gen... pdf" after writing this and leaving the computer for 15 minutes!)
