I have experienced numerous crashes in the course of either scanning or filing receipts. (FYI: The error log shows exceptions being thrown when the program is trying to create window handles.) The last time this occured I checked my receipts folder and was horrified to find that several hours of scanning and filing had disappeared. Reading on this site about earlier versions I found that sometimes receipts will be in the database, but for some reason will not display. The suggestion was to use the "Find Fast" routine to find these missing items. I tried using NeatWorks "Advanced Search" routine, searching by vendor and checking the "Select All" box. Much to my relief, all (?) of my missing receipts turned up, at least the ones I could remember working on that were missing.
My question is, is there a simpler way to find these missing receipts. I may still be missing some that were not categorized by Vendor. Perhaps a simple refresh view button would be called for here?
