As part of my normal workflow, I've gotten used to using the new 4.0 interface. Once I got my head into the "batch processing mode", it's a lot faster than the 3.0 way of doing things. All in all, I'm pleased.
It would be really nice, however, if the Review+File Receipt dialog box were extensible to include a "comments" field for the entry. I don't want to clutter up any of the other fields that are there (Client, Vendor) that would allow text entry, but I want to record who attended the meal, topics (if any), etc. Sort of a free form comments.
With the new workflow in 4.0, I have to batch process these receipts and then go again and do another pass on the receipts.
Any guidance here?
