I'm upgrading from Neat receipts 2.75 to NeatWorks 4.0. I've followed the instructions to uninstall the previous version and then installed the full 4.0 version. Appears install went ok but something appears wrong with the communication between the software driver and scanner. When I open NeatWorks everything appears ok, first sign of trouble was when I tried to calibrate the scanner (nothing). Then a few seconds a NeatWorks icon shows in my system tray, then another after 20 seconds, continues......I've let it go and have had 12 icons in the system tray. If I hover over with my mouse, they disappear. I've tried the uninstall and reinstall about 5 times now, any help would be great. Running XP Pro SP3
