I suggest contacting NR support instead of trying to fix it yourself, running into even more problems, and then whining all over the NR forums. My interpretation of what you've written is that you've tried to do all this on your own, and failed, and haven't even tried to contact NR support for help. Yet the tone that comes through on your email (the CAPS give it away!!) makes it seem as though you are so fed up and mad that you can't even type straight ... yet you apparently haven't even attempted to go the most obvious solution source: talking to the people who develop and support the product??
