By MSExcel, did you mean you imported them in a .csv file format? Do you know if your CRM imports a vCard file?
A .csv file export would contain all the fields that you see in the top grid in NeatReceipts.
If you right click on the column names in the top grid, you will see a list of the different columns you can add or remove from the top grid. Thus, if you add 'Middle Name' as a column there, the resulting .csv file will have that column. This way you will be able to add the info that you are not able to see in your CRM right now.
About the Snail Mail, which field in NeatReceipts are you currently using to store that information?
