I have a lease agreement that I'm trying to get scanned in. However, the scan consistently gets truncated at about 19 5/8" - the remaining ~4" physically scan through, but the PDF that results is missing that last chunk.
I vaguely remember reading elsewhere on the forum that the maximum document length is 30", which is well beyond the ~23.5" that I'm trying to scan. What's going on?
