Devioh ... just want you to know that I fully support your efforts to press the Vista 64x issue. The big hat and others should really get off your back as the purpose of this forum is to serve the customers of Neat Receipts and this particular thread is a major issue for many of us frustrated Vista customers out here who can't even use the product that we purchased because of this issue. We have been waiting a very long time, now, for this Vista beta upgrade ... only to find out that it will not run on 64 bit. Big hat should confine himself to "help" the people on the other threads and leave this one to those of us who share this issue. As for the others who say you should leave the company to it's lethargy and that Vista support is not stated on the box ... I, personally, bought this product based on the company's published promise that Vista would be supported. That was 9 months ago. NR Vista beta is finally here and I still can't use my scanner because of the 64 bit issue. If that doesn't warrant the need for support, what does? Or is big hat trying to say that we have no right to be heard and to try to get the scanner that we paid this company good money for actually working as they said it would? Where in their advertising did they say "will not work on 64 bit"? Please keep pressing the 64 bit issue for us, Davioh ... say it a thousand times if you have to ... "please sign the petition"!
