Problem: Scanner is not scanning
- OS: Mac OS X v 10.4.11
- Neatworks Mac Software v 2.1.9
- Scanner: small, slim version
Neatworks seems to take a long time to load and once it does I cannot scan. The screen will say it's scanning (sometimes) but the scanner never does anything but sit there.
What I've tried:
- restarting the computer
- disconnecting and reconnecting the scanner
- check that the light is lit on the scanner
- ran scanner diagnostics
- all diagnostics good
- test scan FAIL
Any ideas on what's wrong?
