Just noticed that SP2 is available for NeatWorks v4 (4.5.2).

I was scanning my receipts from last week this morning.  Everything was going well and I was about half done when I noticed that there was an update.  I downloaded and installed the update.  Now my image quality on my scans has become entirely unreadable.  The scans no longer are rotated and cropped properly (probably because the scan quality is so bad the software can't tell where the edge of the receipt is).  Has anyone else experienced this drastic reduction in quality?

I humbly retract my negative comments.  Apparently while I applied the update the Sun rose to just the right angle to shine into the back of the scanner which trashed my scan quality. 

I upgraded to 4.5.2_182 (by uninstalling older version and restoring data with a backup). Now my scanner doesn't work.  When I press the scan button, nothing happens.  If I go to the Quick Scan Center and click on Scan button, I get an error: "Neat Mobile Scanner Failed".  I've tried rebooting and unplugging the sanner.  Nothing helps.  I am running XP Pro SP3.

scott216, what did you do to resolve and get rid of the Neat Mobile Scanner Failed message??

I just installed WIndows 7 and download NeatReceipts SP3 and discover that it doesn't seem to install MS-SQL but uses some other database.  I tried but can't restore the backups I made with SP2.  Something about backups made with older version.  I don't see any documentation about database conversion or recovery.    I'm stuck.  Can somebody tell me where I can get a download of SP2 so I can at least get backup and running ASAP?   I only have SP1 saved.
