I had one of the "generating PDF" hangs when scanning a document, and force quit the program. Now whenever I open the program or try to scan in a document I get the following error message:

 "An error occurred while saving."

It does not save scanned documents anymore. This has made the program essentially useless to me. I sent in an email to Customer Support about this a few days ago and have not heard back.

Ideas? 

Got an email from the company yesterday advising me to make a new library and scan items into it. Yes, the new library works, but now the question I'm trying to get answered is how I port all my previous data from the old library into the new one.

I had the same thing happen to me.  Figured out on my own that a new library will work, but how do I transfer all my previous data (scans & table-related info) from the old library?
