I don't understand why Neat Co. is crippling a really decent scanner with terrible software. Neat Desk is SLOW! Making PDFs is brutally SLOW!! And today when I called and asked about scanning directly office, I was told I would have to buy the mobile scanner for $99 bucks. Now I'm not complaining about the money, and would be happy to pay $99 for a software product to do it, but I'm told that the software product ONLY works on the mobile. Who is in charge of R&D at Neat Co? Are you kidding me?
