I bought a refurbished portable scanner from ebay that included version 4.0. I just installed it and ran the calibration. When I tried to scan my first document it comes through as a blank page. I tried a few different documents and reciepts, Tried color, B/W, Autodetect, manually setting the format, also disabled the automatic blank page dectection and everything comes through as a washed out blank page. Sometimes I can barely detect some text on the page. I also tried flipping the pages over just in case I wasn't reading the instructions correctly.
At this point, I think I have a hardware error from the scanner and I think I need to get an RMA on Monday. Do you have any other ideas?
