Hello, 

Could someone guide me on using NeatWorks, with my scanner canon MX700

 When I hit the scan button on the app, it makes the scanner do/simulate its scanning mechanical function, but no image is displayed in the application..

 please help.. neatworks costs a lot of money for it not to be working...

someone please help me with this.... I now feel that I have thrown money away.....! how can I fix this, or get my scanner to work... I don't care much about the OCR, If only the scan will complete and show the image in the neatworks app, it will be fine. 

this is the problem when software companies don't have a trial version..
