This error message pops up whenever I open up the program: The file “NRMData.nrms” could not be opened. Then it freezes up after I try to scan directly to a pdf, which is the majority of what I've been doing lately. I have to force quit to get out of the program. I installed the latest software, but it's still doing it...any suggestions?
