Database restore issue

    When I try to restore my data base file NW_Backup_7-27-2009.nrbak, Neatworks does not see the file it is looking for the extension .nwbak.  How can I restore my data.

    Hi,

    Version 4.7 does not currently have the capability to restore .nrbak files.

    When you used the "Check for New Versions" link, the following screen was displayed:

    You would only have been able to download version 4.7 if you clicked the first option.

    If you have a backup file that you would like to restore, please uninstall version 4.7.7 and use your original NeatWorks CD.

    Are there any plans to allow people to convert their data to the faster and more stable database format?
