Trying to install Neatworks on Vista 64.  Newest version, just rec'd it a few days ago, and it will not install.  Keeps locking up my computer and I have to uinstall and try to reinstall - same thing all the time.  I never get the window to enter the product code, but found a way to access this tru programs.  Any suggestions.  REALLY frustrating!  Support - no one comes on to the live chat and I was 27 in the phone Que.

Have you tried right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator" on the setup executable?  I HAD to do this in Windows 7 64-bit even though my account is an Administrator and UAC is completely disabled.
