I have sent support a few messages asking for help and never received an answer.
My problem is that I bought a Neat portable scanner. I tried installing the software (v4) and it wouldn't install properly. I came to this site and got the updated software and it said it couldn't install as there was a previous version on the computer. I removed the program and got the same message. I then checked if anything was installed and deleted all files I could find in the computer relating to the hardware and software. I also scanned the registry and did the same.
I then tried to install the updated version and still the same message of a pre-existing version is on the computer.
What can I do to get this corrected so I can get the new software installed?
