Re: unable to restore my NeatWorks 4.0 database in Windows 7, HELP!?

    Hi, Mark

That's not a Windows 7 problem - that's a backup file in bad shape or a bad sector on one of the pieces of media involved.

Make sure you're not trying to restore that from a piece of non-writeable media like a DVD.  If the backup file is saved on a flash drive, copy it to the actual HD before attempting to restore.

If the behavior persists, make another backup on your other system and copy it over again.
