I bought NeatReceipts for the Mac to use at home with my main computer, as well as on the road with my portable computer.  Alas, the software license only permits installation on one computer.  This is unacceptable for a device that is designed to be portable!  It should be usable on both a home and a portable computer.

I agree. This software is made for a specific piece of hardware and, in my opinion, is useless with any other type of scanner. That would be like HP charging me to install a second copy of the drivers and accompanying  software, which they don't and neither do the majority of other scanner venders.

I am currently installing the neat receipts software and stumbled on this.  If this does not support more than one computer, I will be Very disappointed. I also hoped to be able to use between my laptop and home computer and to save all the information on my raided NAS...I think this is a feature that just has to be for a product of this nature.  Backup location and access by multiple computers is very important!
