    Reports

Wow - I am really frustrated - this is my first effort with Neat scanning receipts - how can I just print out the spreadsheet tables created while scanning in receipts? It seems I can only print very ink/labor intensive copies of all of the receipts, which I neither need nor want. The reports are quite worthless also. Any ideas?

You could export your information to an Excel spreadsheet and then print from there.  In the Export Setup make sure you click on the "Create or Manage Maps ->" button to customize the layout/format of the spreadsheet and what data will be exported.

And stand by for rough weather. Note that NEAT  INSERTS ROWS beginning at the row you select. So if you just need to fill in up to X number of rows on a form, now you will have the original number of blank rows plus an extra row for each receipt posted. So now ALL CELL REFERENCES BELOW THE FIRST CELL ARE SCREWED UP!

Example - you expect the data to go in rows 9 through 34 (25 receipts,OK). So you have 25 rows awaiting data.

    Presume you have ten receipts.

After NEAT does its work, now you have 35 rows with ten having data and the 25 original blank rows.

Any cell references for recaps, etc are destroyed, if the cell references are located below where the data is inserted.

The only workaround I have found is to export the data to another page and use a macro to copy the data to an existing form, or copy it manually.

    Yuk.

What I suggest is export to CSV and then print from any spreadsheet app.
