It would be handy if one could associate a mileage with a receipt and keep a reimbursement constant somewhere in the preferences.

 So if my employer reimburses me 0.45 cents/mile and I drive 20 miles to a company dinner, I can associate 20 miles with the receipt for the dinner and the report will also reflect 20 miles and $9.00 of mileage reimbursement.

If you select 'Fuel/Auto' as the category, mileage fields will appear in the Additional Info section (below the receipts grid).  You'll have the ability to input rate per mile and total miles driven. 

Additionally, to have 0.45 cents as the default rate per mile, go to Personalize > Rules.

Does this work in NeatWorks for Mac? I guess I should have stated that I'm using your Mac product in the original posting
