How do i get 8.5 * 11 pages to show as recipts

    How do i get 8.5 * 11 pages to show as recipts

    Not all my invoices are the thermal terminal type who do I get the machine to stop saying it is a document as it is a receipt.

    Last night I had that happen and when it automatically assigned it to the document side, I simply dragged it to the "receipts" side and it picked up the receipt and did all of the calculations.  Hope it works for you

    I will answer it myself then. Drag and drop it's that easy but nobody tells you that.

    You can also use the Quick Scan link to tell the product its a receipt and it will be loaded where you want to eliminating the drag and drop step
