    Problems with Smart Sorting

    I had a problem today with the Smart Sorting feature that I find very frustrating. I generally scan 50 items at a time, the maximum capacity of the smart sorting feature. I confirm that each of my items is in the proper document category (receipts, business cards, and documents). Today, however, despite that check, I find that my receipts have been filed as documents. Is there any fix for this problem short of deleting all the misfiled receipts and re-scanning them?

    Hi Patricia,
    I'm sorry to hear you encountered this problem.  We'll look into the issue.

    You can cut the misfiled receipts and paste them into the appropriate Receipt folder.

    Hi Patricia, Did you get anywhere with a reasonable solution of documents misfiled as receipts and vice-versa?

      I'm finally trying to use my Neat Receipts, and one of the first things I did was file a 15 page document as Receipts. Oops. (No, I can't blame Smart Sorting. Just my own recklessness).
