    Receipts window cluttered

    I upgraded to NeatWorks 2.0.1 today, and now my receipts window is cluttered with all sorts of fields I'll never use like "GST/HST", "PST/QST", "Datereceived", "Due Date", and many more.  These items are checked but grayed out in the "Receipt" field menu; so I can't figure out how to get rid of them.

    Please help.

    We need folders for archiving

    Each month when I reconcile my credit card statement, I drag the cleared receipts into a new "Collection" created for that month.  My list of "Collections" is growing too long, and I'd like to be able to drag all the cleared Collections into their own folder to get them out of the way.  Is there any way to do this?

    With NeatWorks 2.0.1 is there any way to search for a particular receipt in all Collections at once?
