I just purchased the Neatdesk for Mac and I am using their latest software 2.1.4.
As described in most of the post here, my neatdesk software hangs after feeding multiple documents. Hard reboot is the only way to get out of this. This issue happens EVERY time I try to use neatdesk software with the neat adf scanner.
Has anyone received a meningful response from the neatco? My unit is plugged directly into my imac so there is no "hub" issue. The Neatco need to resolve this issues FAST!
Any feedback would be appreciated.
